Different event triggers company to create an existential crises. Wiki proposes existential to mean how we relate to our existence. When this becomes a crises it often has a close link to a sense that we have exhausted our resources to affect our circumstances and they are not favourable. These are the golden moments in life when we get to reframe our entire belief system.
