When a client recently asked me to assist with a partner, I realised how important it was to highlight the value of relationship support as well as the role of support. Right from the outset I want to mention the perception that women are normally emotionally stronger than men. But, in relationships that have evolved over time, the stronger partner is not necessarily the woman, but the one that has most developed emotionally.
