 How does YOGA FOR THE MIND work?

Outline of a daily session:

  1. You get a Whatsapp Reminder at 5:55am GMT+2
  2. You follow the link from your email/Whatsapp to Zoom
  3. There is a 15 minute meditation online with prompts
  4. 5 Minutes afterwards questions are sent via messages
  5. During the feedback is shared in a closed Facebook Group

 

What resources do you need?

 

  1. Internet connection that can upload video, preferably Wifi
  2. A device like a mobile, personal computer or notebook
  3. Download the free Zoom App only once
  4. Join the Private Facebook Group (not compulsory)

 Why meditate with Adele?

After 12 years as a coach I have achieved many milestones as a soulpreneur. I still do coaching programs. But I also blog, podcast, write and publish books, create online courses, do workshops and talks. Despite my huge social media platform I did soul searching this year and realised that at heart I always wanted the same thing… inner PEACE. I do not have access to your bank details. All payments are made through PayPal directly, unless you request to do an EFT on a debit order basis from your own bank.

In my 12 years of having my own practice I have never had a bad experience with PayPal and find it the most reliable off the online payment methods

Your monthly payments will go off on the same date every month. If you wish to cancel your subscription, there will be no more payment. No explanation required and no fuss.

Once you press sign me up, you will receive an email for the payment process.

Once your payment is done, I will add you to the WhatsApp Group. Don’t worry there will be no group discussions. This is purely for links and reminders.

On the next meditation day, which is from Mondays to Thursdays at 6am GMT+2 (or African Central Time) you will receive a Whatsapp message to join and there will be a link in your email with a LINK.

Before you join the first time you will download ZOOM. It is free and quick. And it is as easy as using your Facebook link to login.

Then you will access the link via Whatsapp on your mobile or email on your desktop to join the meditation.

I will open the chat room at 5:55 and meditations will be from 6:01 sharp.

I prefer that you join with your video on. Most of us will be heads only and in our pj’s. If you prefer to join in audio only that is your choice.

After 15 minutes the meditation is over and everyone shares their experience and obstacles.

Later in the day I will answer the questions sent to me on Facebook. So once you are invited to join the group, please put your notifications on to follow all posts.

There is no religious affiliation. Yoga for mind is similar to going for physical bootcamp exercises. It is meant to keep you accountable to show up for yourself. Anyone can do exercise, but do they. By joining bootcamp here you will be missed when you don’t show. The practice is free flow. You can clear your mind by relaxing into it or focus on one specific thing. Mostly we start out to focus on the breath. Thoughts come and go and we bring awareness back to the breath. The question will addressed as they come up. The most important thing is learn a healthy habit of showing up for yourself. This is self care because you value your life.
