    I too had ovarian tumours removed and a hysterectomy and it was found to be secondary to appendix cancer. I had tumours throughout my abdomen and later had cytoreductive surgery and heated intraperitoneal chemotherapy where hot chemo (41C) is poured into the abdomen at the end of the surgery.
